Smoking with mesquite makes for a spicy, ashy and powerful flavor - like sipping a campfire in north Texas. This is not your entry-level smoked tea. This tea is just as good in a traditional gaiwan as it is at a potluck. Drink this in a nice warm cuppa or use it to make sweet tea- this one’s as versatile as it is unique.

Our tea expert will arrive with all of the tea, teawares, and knowledge to create a beautiful, serene, and delicious experience for you and your guests. We will hold a brief consultation with you prior to your event to help you select appropriate teas for you and your guests. One tea service will include three different artisanal tea selections.
5g to 100ml at 30 second intervals. Repeat for roughly 6 brews.
10g in a medium-sized teapot. Steep for 3 minutes.
7g to one liter cold water. Leave chilled overnight.
4g in a mug. Fill with boiling water. Repeat.
